Her work spans scaling, restructuring, and redefining how an organization creates value as markets evolve.

Her perspective comes from real responsibility: setting direction, leading teams, and shaping companies that must perform in the present while preparing for what comes next.

She has an MBA from the University of Minnesota and and MAEd from Washington University in St. Louis.
